These Community Guidelines apply to The Pretty Pothead life features including profiles, comments, messages, groups, uploads, events, or member interactions. They supplement the Terms of Service.

Members must be at least 18 years old or meet the age and guardian requirements stated for the service.

Display names or pseudonyms may be allowed, but members may not impersonate others, misrepresent authority, or evade enforcement.

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, shame, discriminate, sexually target, encourage harm, publish private information, coordinate abuse, manipulate vulnerable users, or interfere with another member’s access.

Disagreement is allowed; personal attacks, repeated unwanted contact, intimidation, hate-based attacks, and deliberately disruptive conduct are not.

Do not post illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, sexually exploitative, excessively violent, deceptive, spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, or privacy-violating content.

Unapproved solicitation, repetitive promotions, referral spam, and misleading commercial claims may be removed.

Members must own or have permission to post content. Posting does not transfer ownership, but the Terms may grant the platform a limited license to host, display, moderate, and operate the service.

Do not rely on member content as verified professional advice. Opinions belong to the poster, and the platform does not necessarily endorse them.

We may review, label, limit visibility, remove, preserve, or disclose content and restrict features when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, comply with law, investigate reports, or protect users and the service. We are not obligated to pre-screen every post.

Report concerns through available controls or by emailing omgharley.wtf@gmail.com with links, usernames, dates, screenshots, and a clear description.

For immediate danger or suspected criminal activity, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority. A platform report is not a substitute for emergency assistance.

Responses may include education, warnings, content removal, feature limits, temporary suspension, permanent removal, transaction cancellation, preservation of evidence, or referral to authorities. Severity, history, context, risk, cooperation, and law may affect the response.

Enforcement decisions may be final unless law or a separate policy requires review.

Use caution when sharing personal information, sending money, buying from members, meeting offline, or relying on advice. Verify identities and details, use secure payment methods, meet safely when appropriate, and report suspicious behavior.

Unless expressly stated, the platform provides communication or community tools and is not a party to independent relationships, transactions, representations, or offline conduct between members.
